i kind of wanted a more...romantic ending as well, but jongin and jinri's relationship is so heavily based on being supportive and just there as a friend that i just left it as that- but i definitely think that if i continued this, it definitely would have led to an epically embarrassing confession (on jongin's part). ;D

i really adore how in the end, jongin was still there with her- he knew what she was feeling and what she needed to hear and was just...there. hah. i love this otp because i could imagine jongin going "pfft i dont like jinri" and then running over once he hears that she's sad or something. likewise with jinri. this otp, man. /flails.

i think both jinri and jongin are the type to need a support system like this and then i made myself fall in love with kailli because i thought of how they would be as each other's support systems- and then boom, this popped out ;A;

i don't know if i'll ever continue this for a more romantic ending because i was so focused on stressing their friendship (although it was pretty obvious to everyone that they felt something more and were slowly strolling down the romantic road anyway ^^); i thought about adding a confession scene, but in the end, i couldn't bring myself to do it. ;( but i'll definitely write more kailli in the future ;3
