Cottington Woods highlights

Had a really good time at Cottington Woods. Was a weird event for me, seeing as the plot member who runs most of the stuff I'm doing was unavoidably unable to attend, but I was still pretty busy and got involved in a bunch of stuff.

We went to go rescue someone from a fae. There were 100 origami flowers scattered around the room, each with a rolled-up piece of paper in it. In those 100 pieces of paper, 5 of them were pieces of music that would help us release the guy. The others were random effects, mostly minor and negative, with a few nice little boons in them. The only way to find out what was what was to take them out of the flowers, unroll them, and discover if it was the thing we needed or if it was an agony or maim by glamour or if it was some sort of small boon (I say some sort because I never actually managed to hit a positive effect).

How could you meet a guy you don't remember and why would you want to shoot him if you didn't know him?

The last time I met him, he was mostly distinguished by having a Riding Hood hood on despite not being a Riding Hood, which we figured out over time. This time he was not pretending to be a Riding Hood. (And claims to have earned his lesson. Trev is not convinced.)

It was a character growth event!
A moment of weakness!
The brash and ill-conceived action of a misguided youth!

:Trev looks totally unconvinced:

"The brash youth you were 6 months ago, of course."
