If I wasn't like that I would be definitely much happier!
All I wanted is to look always to the present because I'm also very obcessed with the future and what is going to happen with my life. I just want to live each day without this kind of problems!

The first time I encountered the "do not look back" idea was learning about the biblical story of Lot's wife - my somewhat vague remembrance: they were leaving the destruction of their home, she looked back, she turned into a pillar of salt.
I think it has to do with not getting caught up in the past, in regrets - because it'll make one a "pillar of salt" which I sort of assume has to do with being filled with tears for what once was to the point you lose what could be...
I believe in knowing/remembering/understanding my past, learning from it what I can, but at a certain point, one has to move on... b/c what is done, is done. One should not lose their future by being obsessed by their past, basically.

thanks for the example, i like that pillar of salt....
and yeah, so that's why we should not look back, move forward,
that's why we have eyes in the front and not on the back of the head...
