Philosophy (?) of a guy who became a millionari by running his own rice ball restaurant : A stupid person ONLY plans

i'm not too sure if this was a more common phrase in a horror movie or just a famous phrase, but hearing today made me think....suddenly, out of a blue, a little philosophical....idea.....

Maybe this is something stupid and something I should not even have to think about or worry about or maybe possibly dreaming about....but here is the story:
