My inner voice whispers,

I was caught in a downward spiral this morning, I don't know why, it has not happened in a long time. It was like a dark funnel sucked me in. Last night my body fell asleep innediately, but my mind kept slipping into the past, back to the last time it happened. I got an e-mail today form someone who has his head up his ass. It really really irritated me. he was sure he let me know about all my faults as far as being a mom and a friend. I'm very angry.
