I was going to suggest eating some oreos after donating blood, but then I read your last paragraph. ;) I think in some way, we all have weight issues. It's just part of being human. Just keep reminding yourself what an amazing body you have-- it brought a new life into this world and is making him be the thriving boy that he is.
I had to throw away my scale because it was making me crazy. It really was making me crazy.
Just in case you're interested, I think most ped's offices will give you a flu shot if you want one. Not Anders because he's too young. But we spontaneously got one for Milla and myself while we were there to get everyone inoculated AROUND James.
Our peds suggest Efa get one for sure, being that he's a teacher and could bring germs home. He's never had one, he manages to keep from getting sick, but was going to consider getting one this year. Are there not shots available in your area for David?
Not that it helps at all but we had Evan's 4 month WBV this morning and he did just fine with his shots. He cried, of course, but not nearly as bad as I thought he would.
He's actually smaller in weight then I thought he would be... 15lbs 8ozs. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, he can still wear most of his 0-3 month clothes. He's 27.5 inches long...so I guess he'll just be one of those string-bean kinda kids.
I'm guessing he's only about 14lbs. We don't put him in 0-3 month anymore, but only because Jack refuses to believe how small he really is. I'm sure he could still fit into some of them. I have no idea about length. He has short legs, but a long torso (just like his mom). For his two previous visits his weight and height were tracking the same - 20% for both and then 55% for both so I imagine it is going to be the same this time around. He's nothing if not consistent.

Good luck! I hope you both do great!

How big is Evan now? He's the only one we can compare to since they are so close in age.

What's your estimate for Anders?
