The MVA And How It Broke Me

I think someone needs to have a big ole meeting with all the folks over at the MVA. Just plop them down into a giant auditorium, put the big cheese behind a podium with a microphone on a stage in the front, and have the rules read to everyone at the same time. You can actually change your address for the MVA online! Granted then they have to mail it to you, so you have a reason to put the real address in there, but still.

My dad sold me his Saturn Aura.

Having had experience with 4 other DMVs (NJ, NY, NC and VA) I can say MVA isn't bad. Personally I haven't encountered any issues with them. Of course maybe it has helped I have only dealt with the HQ in Glen Burnie.
