Well, I had my Disability/SSI appeals hearing today, Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2008, and I won!! My lawyer pointed out to the current judge that not only did the previous judge make his ruling with insufficient information, but also used the wrong statutes to do so! After answering questions to both my lawyer and the judge, we all listened to testimony from

Thanks. I expect a check in a week to 10 days and I now have a couch, living room chair, kitchen table and two chairs that I can use in the kitchen, one doubles as my computer chair. I still need beds, dressers and a desk, but things are slowly coming along.
