Well, on the radar set there is this safety feature. If the set is operating out of tolerance then it will inject a "crowbar" to protect itself. The "crowbar" is some three hundred volts which will shut off the tubes in the mod on/ off deck incase the off deck doesn't want to work and it wants to stay on.

From what I can tell is that they took that term from some other place seeing that the best way to stop a machine from moving is to throw a crowbar in the gears. I am making this part up, but it makes sense to me.

My crowbar is to do stupid shit.
