Hired boat still floating in the middle of the Aegean Sea. It's very warm and lovely and I am reminded how much I enjoy swimming. I wonder if anyone would notice if we installed a pool in our flat. Terry has finally ceased looking green around the gills but I think it's about time to pack it in and go off somewhere else. I'd like to go to ( Read more... )

Dinner was indeed very pleasant. I didn't realise Greek dishes could be so spicy.

Have a nice weekend in France. If you can, you might want to leave on the 14th and catch the fireworks.

Thank you.

That's exactly why I think we should go there. Anywhere in Europe is going to be consumed by Cup madness and I'd like to avoid that as much as possible. I mean I'm sure it'll still be on every pub telly but the Icelanders haven't got a vested interest in it like other countries do.

And it's also a short plane flight, which can't really be said about any of those other destinations.
