I don't like being a party house anymore. I am sick of random people showing up uninvited and drinking my booze and trashing my apartment and being loud and stupid. I am also sick of my boyfriend inviting people over and giving them my booze and trashing our apartment and being loud and stupid. I wish I lived in a nice place like Michelle.

Make a "no klepto booze-aholics" sign.

LOL, it would be funny if next time they were loud you secretly called in a noise violation.

Well, we got a noise violation from the cops at our goth party, and the cop said if people kept hanging out in front of the building Jeff and I would go to jail. And then no one would stop hanging out in front of the building until I yelled at them for like an hour.

I had to fix up the back of my house to get people to stop hanging out in the front, and they still do.

Oh man, Maggie ... people are not very nice to your house. I saw all the crap being tracked in, and all I could think was, "Damn, I would hate to clean that up."

We got a steamcleaner from the landlady, you wanna borrow it after we use it?

I've been to a few loud parties, but for the most part the only parties I ever go to are the ones that are just me and a few friends sittin around, watching tv, knocking back a few beers, and hanging out. Oddly enough, this is also my routine after work each day.

Crack that whip! You should definitely lay down some rules, especially if your name is on the lease.

I hated when my ex lived in a partyhouse [while I was still dating him]. We could never get any personal time in. Not even just US drinking together, there were always strange people there.

Really weird, the two times you wrote "..apartment and being loud and stupid." is lined up on top of the other. XD

you know what? after this weekend, i said the same thing. only i don't want to run a frat house anymore. i am so sick of cleaning up beer, and smelling stale smoke, and mopping the floor.

sadly, i am too old for this.
can you talk to your man?

Um, so far my main form of complaint has been to storm upstairs occasionally.

We can probably work out a compromise ... it's not so bad during the school year, but now that Jeff and I have nothing better to do we drink too much and random people just show up. Jeffy needs to get a job, he got fired last week and we really can't afford to provide alcohol for our whole neighborhood.

alright jocelyn... meetings will start this thursday night around 8:30? come by #43 or i'll come by yours. other than the club we were going to start, we need to add some amendments to that. it seems we're in the same boat on this and together we'll find constructive resources and solutions, k? i love mine, and i know you love yours, but they need to know that it just can't go the way it does.

and in case i never told you, thanks for letting me hang out at your place for the parties. i never take your booze though.

so thursday night?
