This is day 2 of my new lifestyle/diet....I've starting schedule my days to include waking up at 5:30am to shower and start meditating again, go to work, hit the gym, shower, meditate, eat before 7pm and in bed by 9:30pm-10pm. I'm also eating more fiber, more grain, more protein, more organic food cutting out red meat, fried foods and some sugar (
