If you are having issues with fear right now, then maybe that will help. It's 40 minutes, but I recommend listening to it. It starts out with a very practical argument against fear, and in the end it gets kind of deep and interesting, he suggests completely altering your beliefs about the nature of reality to render fear obsolete by embracing your "true nature", in the Buddhist sense. You may also like to read some of his articles on the subjective reality model, wherein you accept that everything, all of reality, is in fact not "real" but is closer in nature to a dream, an illusion, or a hologram, and thus it makes no sense to be afraid of an illusion.
