Brew tea of your choice in 6 oz. hot or boiling water (I like white or oolong, green is good too!)
With this, brew a sprinkle of cinnamon and a sprinkle of ginger
Add about 2 oz of cranberry juice and a squeeze of lemon.
Sweeten if desired, but the cranberry juice will sweeten it also.
