I’ve just returned from a quick two-day trip to Galway Bay and the Aran Islands. It was a solitary journey because everyone else had schoolwork or something they said. Printroom.com is fabulous. It gives me the option of knowing how many times each of my photo albums has been accessed. I've placed the data into line chart form, as seen below. Like the title above implies, I'm making a voyage to London this weekend. I'm taking the Dublin Swift ferry across the Irish sea to the English port Holyhead and a train from there to London. This route is a bit cheaper than flying. Altogether, it's about an 8 hour trip. Yikes! But I'm looking forward to seeing some English countryside. ( Read more... )

Hell hath no fury like a mother scorned, so I would like to make clear that my mother also sang lovely, sentimental Irish lullabys to me. The hard drinking, fighting, rebellious, Pope-hating songs were the exception. That is all.
