Marc turned me on to this absolutely hilarious string of videos on youtube. Everybody should go and search for "human tetris" and enjoy. I find them incredibly entertaining and even funnier during finals.

I just found this out in a class today. Apparently, when Thomas Paine died in 1809, he did so in obscurity, so much so that only four people attended his funeral in upstate New York. I could not believe this when I saw it in the paper today, but the Register Guard Outdoor section compiled a list of the top holes at Public Golf Courses within an hour drive of Eugene.
