Joel, don't mean to bust your balls, but the song you're listening to, is not the Postal Service, it's Dntel featuring Ben Gibbard of Death Cab for Cuite (and now the postal service). That song was actually kind of what started the whole side project.

As for depressing music, you'll have to be more specific. I got all kinds of depressing music, of every genre. My favorite a lot of the time is indie pop though.

As for Christmas, yeah, it's bullshit, but so is the religion. The bible was put together hundreds of years after Jesus' death, with writings from hundred of years after his death. Religious document...try again. All I care about is that it might give our shitty economy a little boost.

Indie pop would be good. Also something along the lines of "Jude Law and a Semester at Sea" type of sound. To me that song is depressing, espically because I know someone (you son) that can relate to that shit. It makes the song all the more real to me. So yeah, I hope that helps. No you are'nt busting my balls about my Postal Service slip up, just helping a nigga out.

goddamn bible always trying to steal christmas away from the real meaning of christmas, buying shit and buying a shit load of it for people you care about only to find out that either a. they have exchanged the gift or b. they simply just throw it away.

plus if u look too far into religion for actual facts and dates they're all fucked up and you end up knowing less than you thought you did. and then im not even going to get into the different ways of interpreting that shit. fuck it.

merry festivus glossis!

Damn, I'm really dropping the ball on these song titles. I would like to be able to blame the tv in the background for it, but when I wrote that I was at work listening to Brand New, go figure. I'll just go ahead and punch myself in the dick.
