So I have some confessions to make... here goes:

~ About once every four to five months or so,  I pull an all-nighter.  Unlike my much more hip friends, I cannot drink and party and dance... I have been doing improv since 2000 or 2001, and it is one of the great loves in my life... but I have never gotten used to a stranger coming up to me after the show ends and telling me that I am really funny or that they loved my performance.  I don't know what to say or do... so I end up typically saying "Uh, thank you!  I am glad you liked it ( Read more... )

So my life right now is incredibly stress-free... like it has not been since I was little, really.  I have no job (besides bartending one night a week) and no grad classes either!  The most stressful thing about my world right now is that I am worried I am being lazy and sloth-like.  It is a great problem to have ( Read more... )

I have had a day bed for about five years now... and I had a college issued dorm room bed for the four years before that... still earlier, I had a futon.

As for September though, I will have a big girl bed.  GONE are my days in a twin...  now I will be slumbering in a Queen sleigh bed! :)

Yesterday, I bought my bedding... it is really cute; navy blue with white, green, and pinkish-red flowers.  I am really excited about it.  Today, I am going to check out a potential bed.  For the first time in my life, I will have a Queen-sized bed.  And it is also the first time that my bedroom will be big enough for a Queen-sized bed ( Read more... )
