ok, so that civic i saw the other day, i drove by to see if it was still there. it was. so i called the number on it, and talked to a really nice guy for a little bit about the car, about how his son used to drive it to school, now he's away, and how he really doesn't use it so it's just sitting until someone buys it, and how he's only asking $3,

Damn. I still can't get over how much hondas fucking cost. A comparable/better ford would cost half that!!!! And yes, be just as reliable (it's not the car maker ((for the most part)) but how you take care of a car that matters).

But as far as hondas go, sounds good. EK hatch w/ manual, every ricer kid's dream car. :)

If you buy it, we have to do an engine swap and work on the suspension. There are a lotta honda guys down here. If you have all the right parts, they can probably do a swap in one day. I personally think a B18C5 would be good for it but maybe a bit expensive. Cheapest swap would be just another D series but a slightly bigger, slightly more powerful one. Does that have the 1.5L or 1.6L?
Kid I know here just blew his turbo'd 1.5L running 11psi. Those engines just aren't made for much boost.
