I work out lots to stay healthy... and now I gotta take krav maga >.< I think I can defend my self. I'm reasonably strong, fast, and I can put my feet behind my head... meh... I got worked out to the brink of destruction now I got lotsa bruises and a torn muscle in my thumb... oh joy

I got another one of those bad feelins... I hope Alicia is okay... and if she is that she is okay with me... something tells me otherwise. I'd talk to Jeri but um... she is kinda scary...
