I just read the opinion from the San Francisco Court. It's really very interesting. He makes a pretty good argument that the same sex marriage laws are really gender classifications and thus due strict scrutiny. He also makes a pretty argument that the laws couldn't even make it past a rational basis test. That's very interesting to me, because
