Seems like I'll be moving again for the third time in under a year. With the income going down and the bills going up, it will not be feasible to sign another year lease for my workshop in Pioneer Square. This gives me conflicted feelings. I've really made that space into the "TOTALLY AWESOME" and it has even more amazing potential than I've ( Read more... )

Sorry to hear that, i was going to say why dont you live in your studio all quiet like cause who would know..but it sounds like you should dump it and try and find a studio either downtown or belltown.

I've seen some 'work' studios that are going for fairly cheapish.

You could also try 'artist' housing.

keep your chin up (with some scotch)

The meek always seem to be pretty hosed in a post-apocalyptic setting. No police to call when the baby raping ratrod gangs roll up on you. Or, the police are the ratrodders.

awh sorry to hear it! I cant believe its been a year already - jeeze it seems like only a few months ago you were moving from Beacon.

I say find a cheap awesome studio downtown. Artist housing is also very cheap - Brish is right on that one. One of my my friends lives in artist housing and its cheap as hell for a nice place.
