the big picture
1) minimum 3500kcals a day
2) stretch at least 6 hours a week
3) kb juggle once a week
4) climb once a week
5) weight train 4 times a week
6) maintain a 4.0GPA
7) sell at least 3 grand a month
8) dj at least 1 hour a week
9) buy some fucking clothes
10) find a good photographer and start shooting summer 2010

that sort of thing
i just love the discipline behind the lifestyle of being a fitness model and it would set a great example for my clients as a personal trainer
