So, as many of you have probably noticed, my first name is spells out by the first eltteres of July-November. I've always thought this was pretty cool, but a recent fatigue fueled fit of fugue revealed to me that the remaining seven months could spell out my middle initial and last name, with some appropiate tweaking. So by now anyone with any political leanings at all has heard about Elliot Spitzer's recent prostitution run in. Looks like he's screwed. So to speak. I can;t help but think what might have happened if I had taken Elliot Splitzher as my roller derby name. In a way, its too bad, cause I could take Client 9 as my id number. Tipping Point
So, I saw Vantage Point the other day. Decent for a while, it abruptly got very, very bad. During the bad part, though, I noticed an interesting phenomenon. The Chinese Bus
The cheapest, and just about quickest, way between NYC and Albany is the Double Happiness Bus. When I moved here in December, it was still the Double Happyness Bus, but someone must have clued them in. So, saw a show down in Greenwich Village last night.. Pamela Means at the Cafe Vivaldi. Good show, decent food. Wish the coffee was a little cheaper, or a lot better. The audience was mainly attractive lesbians and Asian NYU students. So *that* was ok. Off to see the Klimt exhibit tomorrow, and the Bodies exhibit at South Street Seaport. Its ( Read more... )
