Good job on the cutting down thing, I know how hard it is. I am doing the opposite though, I have just about stopped smoking but I still dip, I just dip less. I went from 7 packs and 5 cans a week, to one pack and 2 cans a week.
I'm also trying to get back into shape, I didn't realize how bad I was until I tried to go bench and I maxed at 175. But I have been going to the gym these past couple of weeks and it's my goal to hit atleast 200 by the time danger is born. Not to mention running and other "gradable" attributes.
