So I finally decided to do something about my health. I won't lie, losing weight is mainly motivated by vanity. But in my defense I have always suffered from a poor self body image. But there are many benefits that I can use to justify this. I've dropped to 175 lbs from 195 lbs in about 4 months. And 7 of those are just from 2 mondays ago. I ( Read more... )
