I can't wait for you to get to creech. Mapquest says its only a 5 and a half hour drive either way which would be no prob on long weekends and such. Plus vegas is about 15 miles from you.

And I have some thoughts about your 15's:

First off this happens to every platform ever made, it happened to my 18's with the drive that controls the wings leading edge. What will happen is the engineers will come up with something to fix it, the military will say no you are out of your fucking mind thats way to expensive(yeah I know the irony behind that) so the engineers will ghetto rig a couple to make sure it works, publish a directive and all jets will either go to MOD or be fixed by O-level maintainers like you and me.

Second, they'll never make that fuel cell smaller, that would essentially make the 15 shitay when it came to mission capabilities, but you know that.

Well done sir, you have a complete understanding of the military's train of thought. The whole thought process makes me laugh uncontrollably, and I like your "ghetto rig" theory because I know the Air Force will let it happen.

I don't claim to know dick about F-15s (I know a little about Predators, though) but I want to point out that if it was so mighty, why would USAF phase it out for F22? :P
