What's happening?

Hey everyone, i know i haven't updated in a long time but oh well. I really don't have too much to write about, it's kind of the same thing every day. Wake up feeling like mega crap. sorry i havn't left any messages in a while. i have been way mega busy & i have this HUGE thing coming up and i'm very nervous, which isn't good because when i get nervous, i take it out as anger twards other people... but anyways, back on subject... i think it is awsome that you are running & working out & stuff. wow i really need to loose weight and i don't mind running but i don't have much time to spare... and i can't do more than 10 pushups at a time (your 30 impressed me! lol) and sugestions on anything else i can do? and i definatly think that you should get back into karate because it sounds like you really like it and i hate to see people quit things and then regret quiting them.(it happens all too often) ook well it is late and i am tored. hope to talk to you soon. **a friend**
