OK. 3:00 by the chimes in The Tower. So far, so good. The patch works. I'm not having physical withdrawal symptoms, only mental ones.

Still, I want a freakin' cigarette.

So, I quit smoking yesterday. Not sure if I wanted to publicize this or not, but hey. Maybe some good public shame is what I need for motivation. Driving home, 6:30pm. I just decided to do it. So, I'm watching The Big Brawl on cable, and I noticed something. Jackie's character is named Jerry, and he's entered in a big fight in Texas against his will because his brother's fiance is being held hostage. That's pretty much it for the plot.
