i'm pretty sure i caught it.
its kind of like the flu except with out all the vomiting.
cold chills hot flashes and coughing so hard i kind of black out and pee a little.
i hate winter. 
winter can go to hell.

in an hour there will be cupcake baking, cocktails, and hopefully shitty romance movies.
maybe a long drive all across knox county looking for a sweet little house with a sweet little yard, and a sweet little for sale sign.
you know, a combination of elementary school activity and middle class fantasy.

the mountain goats' "no children" is playing through the car speakers while it mingles with the sounds of trafic.

i've been having problems sleeping lately.
either i cannot fall asleep and i see the sunrise, which here is about half past seven..
or
i fall asleep so early i wake up at two or three a.m. and am useless by the time afternoon classes practice and friends come around.
this morning however, it's only five thirty.
