Yup! They lost your business and earned your ill will. Never a smart move. We had a bad night out for chinese the other day. A friend wanted us to eat at this place she likes (but we don't) for her birthday, so we did. Large group. They brought the food out piece mail. I had finished my entire crappy meal before Susan got hers delivered. It took them almost an hour between the first meal delivered and the last ones. We are never going back there!
