Minneapolis bridge collapse
For any of you concerned when you heard about the collapse of the highway bridge in Minneapolis, JM and I are both safe.

Ripoff artists in U.S. chocolate industry try to degrade legal definition of chocolate
If some members of the U.S. Chocolate Industry have their way, they will negatively change the quality of chocolate. Their plan is to change the legal definition of chocolate in order to use vegetable-fat substitutes in place of cocoa butter, and to use milk substitutes in the place of real milk.
