Uh... Not a lot but it does tend to occur a decent amount...

Sometimes the people who are genetically mutated look like everyday people just like you or me. They'll just be able to do things like fly or are really strong...

...yes. It did. I am what you would refer to as a mutate. My powers were activated by a powerful form of stimuli. In my case, radiation if you know what that is...

If the person is incapable of controlling their power or uses it for their own gain? Then yes. It can be very dangerous.

It's to the point where there are actually prisons specifically designed to hold criminals like this.

Hmm. It could. Though I didn't have a cell phone back home. I'm not sure if they appear regularly or not. [He wonders if he could possibly make one if he tried. Or at least something similar. I mean he used to make Nukes for a living, a cell phone is like pussywork or something compared to that rite?]

You think it's possible to find the Walkie Talkies in the Item Shop if I looked? Does it usually carry a wide variety of things?
