Bless you Tess. I'm trying to figure out how to do the same thing.

I want a day when I'm supposed to do my laundry or wash my gym clothes or clean my car (or B's) or perform certain tasks on the job. I seem to spend entirely too much time reacting instead of performing with purpose.

Mind you, I am up early every day and I do run at least 1-3 miles before work and I have to give myself credit for the things I am doing reasonably well (as do you) but I could improve. A great deal IMHO.

It's so good to hear from you again! ♥

My resolve this winter is to spend these long Scottish nights living a simple life. I resolve to be awake and alert for the morning sunshine. I resolve to eat as many vegetables as possible. I resolve to be active. I resolve to be honest. I resolve to behave. And it's a win-win. If I succeed, I feel accomplished (without, let's be serious, accomplishing a single thing); if I fail, I'll have something new and exciting to complain about!

I wish you the best of luck :) I'm sure you'll follow through like a champ! :D

I'm exactly the same as you - especially with setting an alarm to get up at a certain time. Makes me feel so much better!
