BMI calculators are very rough. they really don't take into account people's natural shapes and statures. You are similar to me in that you aren't one of those naturally skinny people. 180 is a good weight for you, imho, considering your frame.
180 is a huge improvement over 245!
I'm not particularly paying close attention to the BMI calc. I was just 180 or thereabouts for many years, and I'd kind of like to get back there. I'd like to drop one size in pants too. I'm mixed 36/38 now, and I'd like to get back into 36s exclusively.
Yeah, it was a big change for me, and I agree I'm not one of the super-skinny. I think I weigh less than I did before college, but I'm not sure. I'm down to a 31 waist (from 38), so i think that was the most dramatic change!
You've got that routine capoeira too. I'm got to develop something similarly consistent for the winter. I like riding the bike to work (~12 miles rt) when the weather is good, but its pretty inconsistent.

I'm at 180 now (and 5'10"), and going by the BMI calculators I should still lose weight. I've been stable at this weight for almost 6 months or so.
I had been up to 245, so I guess I should just be happy to be hovering here at 180.
