Try Solea in Waltham. It's amazing Tapas (owned by the son of the guy that owns Dali). It's also quiet, and romantic (we had V-day dinner there).

Oh, and Elephant Walk in Waltham does an amazing Sunday Brunch.
Very French.

I've heard good things about Blue Room's Sunday Brunch. Planning to try that soon.
