And "House of Odd" made me laugh - I didn't know anyone outside ICSF who did that (we currently have the "House of Fail", "House of Rock" and "House of Smithers").

Surely you mean a plague in all the houses. Except the House of Smithers and the House of Win, which have to be the only tidy student houses I've ever seen, eating anything which has touched a surface and is neither at boiling temperature or has a high alcochol content is usually not a good plan.
