What were the Ubuntu folk thinking?
I have Netbook Remix on my netbook, and the move of the minimise/maximise/close buttons to the left is something I could get used to quickly if they stayed on the same side when windows are maximised and the title bar is in the panel.
At least gconf-editor is logical to play with...

Has anyone seen this in the Guardian this morning? I'm puzzled by the fact that it isn't in any of the other places I look for news. -
Purple drawing pins
Has anyone ever seen any? I was putting my little cards on my noticeboard and when I turned the light on realised the utter lack of purple. Then realised I'd never seen any for sale. I need more colours!
