XKCD has some punch today.

Today's xkcd doesn't end up where I was expecting it to go from that opening, and has me thinking more than xkcd comics usually do.

That was nice! I forget to read xkcd. I like it, but I forget. Thank you.

I took a philosophy course my sophomore year and quickly lost patience with it. It seemed that elegant, relevant arguments were possible, but that most philosophers preferred intellectual wanking.

That strip is everything I was hoping for in philosophy.

And I'm keeping the arrangement language for use in discussing life and death with children. Not soon, I hope, but it's a ggod answer to a hard question.

Where did you expect it to go?

Possibly something more with lego, or maybe what makes patterns significant. But the organ donor part caught me by surprise.
