Day one: dodging

The goal of this training is to increase your evasion skills. We will practice all day and work towards being able to dodge knives.

We will start off with throwing knives at you, because, if you can dodge knives then you will be able to dodge knives.

After I got back from racquet ball I managed to sit around and do practically nothing until about 4:50. Paul gave me a rang then saying he was already over at Fitz’s so I headed on over. I am sweaty and a bit tired but I feel much better now. I went to racquetball and 1 heart attack, 2 wins and 14 minutes later I was done for the day, Ka-ching! I didn't stomp either of the guys I played, so that made it all that much more of a fullfilling win. Afterwards I was walking back towards the dorm and found a nice sunny spot to lay in.
