So I did my second run this morning. I tried something different today. I decided to run without having breakfast. I read in Runner's World that if you run without having any breakfast first you should slow your pace down a bit and run a shorter distance. I forgot what doing that is supposed to train your body to do but I decided to try it out

I really like the magazine because it has something for everyone. Beginners and advanced alike. Some issues even have a shoe buyers guide which will recommend some of the newest running shoes according to what type of foot you have. I enjoy it quite a bit.
