haha i live in winnipeg, they banned smoking in ALL public places too, like cafes, bars, parks, it's so stupid.

PARKS??? thats insane! as of april 1st this year you can no longer smoke in bars or restaurants.. but outside is ok, parks ok, and everywhere else ok. it just really sucks going to the bar, im not used to not being able to enjoy my beer with a nice ciggy butt.
