Last Saturday I biked to church and back, which was 4.7 miles in 32 minutes. Sunday I ran 4 miles around the neighborhood with Meg in 37 minutes. Monday I stretched and did 45 crunches, 45 lunges, 24 push ups and 24 curls. Today I ran 3.5 miles around the neighborhood in 87 degree heat. It took me 36 minutes and 11 seconds.
