So the Dr. came in today and explained the results from the marrow tests. They showed 2% blasts. Normal people are allowed up to 5%. The difficulty is that they can't easily tell whether they are Leukemia cells or not, so things are a little vague, but still good and still better than they were expecting.

I am just sitting in the room at the hospital. Been here over 3 hours and i am still waiting for the chemo. At least I have cable. I get to be pumped full of fluids before they even start the drugs. And this is only day one of five.

I had a pretty good week. Then I go in to clinic Thursday. No chemo, which is nice, but I have to have a bone marrow aspiration. That is a fancy way of saying that they take a big needle/drill bit and punch though bone to get a sample of the marrow. OK, so I got over the no voice thing after a few days; Friday was when I could hold a conversation without too much difficulty. The LP went well that Thursday and I remember little because of the fun drugs they used. All the tests came back with good results.
