I'm ready to go. My brother and his friend helped me pack my storage cube this morning. My car has everything packed except clothes. i passed my defense. I am a MASTER of science. yay for me!! -
light at the end of the tunnel
I'm feeling better after completing my thesis. Now it is out for review and I have to get my presentation ready for Wednesday. That won't be too bad because I already have done a lot of it. I'm feeling good. -

i had my second statics test today, and i am worried that it didn't go that well. now i am holed up in my office preparing for another grueling night of thesis writing. life really sucks right now. -
STRESS
right now it feels like the walls are closing in. i've been working on my thesis for way too many hours in a row, and i just need to go to bed and start again tomorrow. i wish i could balance my life a little better because i feel like my body is suffering because i have to work so much. i really need to get on my bike. -
vacation
this morning i decided to amend my vacation plans. i was supposed go away with my best friend right after graduation, but by that i won't have seen S for more than two months. i was finally convinced by my mom that going away straight away (or even at all) would send a message to S that she's not a priority. it's tough for me because that's not ( Read more... ) -
don't you just hate it when...
you make plans to meet someone at a time that really isn't convenient for you, but is the only time for the other person/people and then....THEY ARE LATE OR DON'T SHOW UP. yeah it sucks. where are my study buddies??? -
writing
i'm really starting to wonder if there is a light at the end of the tunnel this semester. we had another quiz in statics this morning, and it was really hard. the good news is that i feel like i understand the major concepts in this section. but i have a feeling i didn't do so well on the quiz. he deliberately asks really obscure questions. daily update
So, I finally finished the methods section of my thesis and handed it in to my advisers this afternoon. it's nice to have some kind of a milestone, but i'm still majorly stressed out about all the work involved with writing the results and conclusions. i'm gonna get started on that a little bit later tonight and hopefully work on it most of the ( Read more... )
