Gorgeous food, Josh! I'm glad you took my advice and FINALLY made a food porn post! Everything looks great :)

You need to try this recipe I used once for potato wrapped fried salmon. It sounds weird, but it's unbelieveable. At least I thought so!

I'll look for the recipe and send it to ya.

Thanks, Carrie. That salmon sounds good. Definitely send me the recipe. I'll email mine to you when I get a chance, with a couple others I think you might like. Gotta transcribe them first, though.

OH Josh, you're all grown up now!!! I remember the conversation about how you had never cooked anything before, and i believe you have made strides since then. Incredible!!!! You are soo adorable.
