They're stuffed with hamburger and rice in tomato puree, but you can hardly see that under the layer of tomato topping and melted cheese on top.

I love stuffed bell peppers, it's just that putting cheese on it seems really gross, but I use spaghetti sauce instead of tomato puree. Maybe that's the difference.
