Hello Journal, I have had a lot of success quiting smoking. I still have not had a cigarete, and it has been 21 days. I really do not feel the need to have a smoke. Made it through another day without a smoke, I had anxeity atacks all day today. I am thankful for a friend of mine. I was really worn out. I was glad to make a futile trip to walmart with her. So, school starts tomorrow. I am excited and a little worn at the same time. I am looking forward to some of my classes. These classes are more along my interests. Here it is day five and no smoke. I would like to formally apologize for my irrational emotional behavior. I have had some rather bad conversations with others around me due to my lack of tobacco. Well I have made it through three days. The drug should be out of my system. I feel fine. I have been eating too much, but that is to be expected. I joined a gym. I play on exercising three times a week. I hope I can continue on with it. I know this will be the best thing for me. Well, here is to the future.
