I never liked jarheads anonymous November 5 2005, 11:06:48 UTC
Hey buddy, this is Smitty. I just saw a preview for that flick the other day. Is it any good? I was surprised to see that Jamie Fox is starring in it, why cant I make hella bucks doing war movies... If anyone from Hollywood reads this, be advised that I will sell out for somewhere around 50-60 million duckies... Anyways, let me know what you thought of it. Be good and Stay Safe

i relly liked it. there's a line in there (by Jamie Foxx) about the Army that would piss you off to no end. it's kind of long to go into here, but you'll know it when you see it. but yeah, it's not really so much a war movie as it is a movie set in a war. kind of like the book Waiting for Godot, where the characters spend so much time and energy preparing for something that either never comes, or when it does happen it's not at all what they thought it would be. i recommend it.

I was wondering if that would be any good. After being inundated with previews I got that damn Kanye West stuck in my head all the time.
