So today's class in Aesthetics was very interesting. I learned two things:

First, many people have some sort of knee-jerk anti-tradition reaction that is absolutely hilarious. As one of my items in a 'list of beautiful things' I included "traditionals that many people can sing along with" By this I meant sea-shanties.

Well, I'm having to downgrade my computer tomorrow. Due to laptop problems, I will be running a windows 2000 machine. This means, basically, that I am going to be passing out in random places outside of my dorm. It's amazing what you'll find to do when the old machine-spirits refuse to cooperate.

What the hell, people? Why is campus experiencing massive, massive bandwith-fluctuations? How are we supposed to do anything? Aaagh.
